Position Overview
Referral Agents help onboard businesses outside Lagos through relationship-driven referrals and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and refer SMEs to Pearmonie
- Educate prospects using provided materials
- Track referrals from introduction to subscription
- Provide weekly referral performance updates
Compensation
- ₦7,000 per verified new referral
- 10% bonus on subscription renewals
- No base pay – commission only
