Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert leads through direct field outreach
- Manage and update a structured sales pipeline
- Onboard new subscribers and support app setup
- Maintain renewals and upsell existing customers
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports
Compensation
- ₦100,000 monthly base pay
- 20% commission per new subscriber
- 5% commission on renewals
- Performance bonuses for hitting targets
